Your save info isn't on/in the memory stick it is simply saved on your PSP's memory stick. So I don't see why you wouldn't have it but hey stranger things have happened.

Simply put, no. You can't downgrade until you get a unpatched copy of GTA:LCS. Once you get that we'll talk about upgrading downgrading and homebrew.

Okay well there is a "Run ISO w/ no UMD" option but it is buggy to say the least and doesn't always work. To play your .iso's simply make a folder called ISO on your memory stick and put your .iso's in that folder. Have a UMD in the drive, any will work as long as its either for a game or a UMD sampler disc. If you can get into recovery make sure the option to use "No-UMD Mode" is disabled. Then you should be able to load your iso's right off the game menue.

You can't play homebrew on a Sony firmware. And since your firmware is 3.51 there is currently no way to downgrade it.

I got Bleach heat the soul 4 and i've put it in the ISO folder. When i turn on my psp, it recognizes it but when i start it up my gameboot loads ok and then after the gameboot it just stays on a black screen, freezing my psp if I have no-UMD enabled it dosent freez but the game still dosent work just black screen. I'm running FW 3.40oe and the game is running through UMD and the "No-UMD" option is turned off. I've tried changing the cpu speed but it still does nothing so now i really lost on what to do."

If the UMD wasn't ripped properly this is probably a bad iso. My advice redownload it from another site and then see if you have any change.

Well if your on a custom firmware there is no need for a UMD emulator, and if a download from a different site works and you have gone through all the troubleshooting steps I think a reinstall is in order.
